There are two common lubrication modes of the main shaft of the sawing machine. The injection lubrication method is to inject a large flow of constant temperature oil (3-4l / min for each bearing) into the main shaft bearing to achieve the purpose of lubrication and cooling. The oil injected at a large flow rate here must be forced to drain by the drain pump instead of natural backflow. At the same time, the sawing machine shall also adopt a special large capacity and high-precision constant temperature oil tank, and the oil temperature variation shall be controlled at ± 0.5 ℃
