How to better ensure the forming quality of your pipe bending machine pipe fittings?

In order to ensure the forming quality of the pipe fittings of the pipe bender, the degree of opening must be controlled within the allowable range. The bending forming limit of the pipe not only depends on the mechanical properties of the material and the bending method, but also considers the use requirements of the pipe. The forming limit of pipe fittings should include the following:
1 In the compression deformation zone inside the neutral layer, the part of the thin-walled structure under the action of tangential compressive stress will not exceed the instability and wrinkle;
2 If the pipe fitting has ellipticity requirements, control its section to produce distortion;
3 If the pipe fitting has the strength requirement to withstand the internal pressure, control the forming limit of its wall thickness to be thin
4 The maximum elongation deformation in the tensile deformation zone outside the neutral layer does not exceed the allowable value of the material’s plasticity to cause rupture
