What are the different functions of aluminum profile extrusion press machine?
When the aluminum profile is cooled to below 50°C, the stretching of the profile can be started. When the profile is bent and twisted at the same time, the twisting and stretching bending should be corrected first to confirm whether the intended stretching rate and clamping method are suitable, and if not, the stretching rate should be adjusted appropriately. If the normal stretching rate still cannot eliminate the bending and twisting, or the geometry is not qualified, the operator should be notified to stop the extrusion.
According to the angle of the centerline of the extruder screw, the extrusion process can be divided into continuous extrusion and intermittent extrusion due to the different extrusion methods, the former using a screw-type extruder, while the latter using a plunger-type extruder, screw-type extruder according to the number of screws can be roughly divided into single-screw type extruder and multi-screw type extruder, so that users can get a better choice.
