Check the lifting and lowering cylinder devices of the band saw machine, and check the lifting and falling of the saw bow, whether it is reliable and flexible. Check the reported clamp mouth device, check whether the clamping is reliable, flexible release.

Adjust the speed regulating knob of the sawing machine to the 1st gear (low speed) and then to the 2nd gear (high speed). Repeat the experiment three times. When the power switch of the main motor of the sawing machine is turned on, the water pump will start at the same time, and the cooling system will operate normally. Adjust valve to check coolant flow.

After the above preparation work, the loading clamp is locked, and the test cutting is carried out.
